This webinar will focus on two of the FHWA Proven Safety Countermeasures for Intersections – Retroreflective Borders on Backplates and Corridor Access Management. The presentation will cover the basics on the application of these countermeasures, their effectiveness in improving intersection safety, and use case studies to illustrate effective, successful implementation
Conference Planning Workgroup
The NLTAPA Executive Committee decided to transform the conference committee into a workgroup. This provides greater continuity and consistency across years, which is more important given the fact that this group's chair changes to the new NLTAPA president elect each year and the group is increasing its role as the annual conference organizer.
Resource syntheses are documents created with the 58 member LTAP/TTAP centers in mind! The documents contain information on the resources available from other LTAP/TTAP on a specific topic such as pavement preservation or winter maintenance.
The Training Resources Work Group meets generally once a month for an hour via a web meeting format. We also host two, in-person meetings annually in conjunction with the NLTAPA Winter and Summer business meetings.
