DESCRIPTION:The Management Techniques for Experienced Managers is for supervisors and managers with some years of experience in their positions. Subjects include: resource management\, negotiation skills\, ethics\, delegation\, coordination with other units\, team building\, planning\, setting priorities. A variety of instructional strategies is used: lecture\, large group discussions\, small group exercises and skill practices. DESCRIPTION:Chainsaws are widely used throughout the world.  They’re used in wide variety of industries such as commercial\, residential\, arborist\, road maintenance\, property maintenance\, ground operations\, and bucket truck operations.  Chainsaws can be very useful\, but it important to remember they can also be very dangerous.  Every year\, numerous chainsaw operators and bystanders are seriously injured and killed due to chainsaw accidents.  A large majority of these statistics could have been prevented by learning and practicing proper chainsaw safety.  During this presentation\, we will discuss chainsaw maintenance procedures\, how to select and properly use personal protective equipment\, and how to safely operate the chainsaw to reduce the risk of injury. \nRegister at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/chainsaw-safety-training-tickets-111807246484
