SUMMARY:Fourth Annual Ohio Roundabouts Conference – Virtual
DESCRIPTION:Join other roundabout practitioners and enthusiasts for eleven virtual conference sessions on all things roundabout! \nThe conference will kick off on Friday\, September 18th\, with a session by Hillary Isebrands\, PE\, FHWA National Roundabouts Expert. It will continue throughout National Roundabouts\nWeek and more with sessions tailored in no more than 90-minute blocks. All sessions and topics are listed below. \nPlease register for the sessions which interest you and fit your schedule. You do not need to register for sessions to only receive a link to the recording. Everyone who registers for a minimum of one session will receive links to all recordings once the conference completes. Participants completing a webinar will receive a certificate of participation with all information needed to submit for Ohio Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit. DESCRIPTION:Introduce and familiarize the audience with the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general construction permit to prevent contamination of storm water and runoff from construction activities. \nSubmit the steps and requirements to applying for General Construction Permit (GCP) coverage under the Stormwater Program NPDES permit. You will learn how to evaluate your particular case to conclude whether or not your project needs an NPDES permit and the templates/forms required.
