DESCRIPTION:The NLTAPA Professional Development Workgroup is partnering with the Iowa LTAP to co-sponsor a virtual self-care focused event on December 11 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Central Time. We have plenty of space available; please feel free to promote this free training within your LTAP Center and to your LTAP clientele. \nThe first hour will be discussing suicide prevention and the second hour will focus on stress management – both topics that we can all benefit from learning more about. During this time of remote working\, social distancing\, and increased stressors\, it’s especially important to pay attention to your mental health and those around you.
