So very happy to share our sincere congratulations to Dr. Ben Colucci, our LTAP Director in Puerto Rico.
Ben was named an ASCE Fellow! ASCE fellows are recognized and celebrated for 
their contributions and developments of creative solutions that change lives around the world.
This is an honor that is only held by 3% of all ASCE members (to give you a context, they have over 150,000 members).
This is a well-deserved recognition of Ben’s 35 year passion and vocation to Civil Engineering and training emerging technologies through the Puerto Rico LTAP.
We are hoping he will continue this hard work for many more years.Cheers to Ben!
