The NLTAPA Professional Development Workgroup (PD Workgroup) is focused on helping our peers, from seasoned veterans to newcomers. With a focus on enhancing operational knowledge of Center leaders and their staff, the PD Workgroup is dedicated to providing support and training.
Peer-to-Peer Mentor Program
We encourage both new and experienced LTAP professionals to join our Peer-to-Peer Mentor Program. Created to foster relationships and communication between NLTAPA members, the program matches individuals with similar professional interests and encourages knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and mentoring.
