- We want an NLTAP representative at these key groups to distill information and key technology that is local agency relevant to NLTAPA members
- Start at regional and national meetings
- Consider other distribution methods
- We want to focus on the business of technology transfer by passing along techniques and case studies of how to move from research to implementation
