1. We want NLTAPA represented at our key source groups for visibility and information gathering
2. We want an NLTAP representative at these key groups to distill information and key technology that is local agency relevant to NLTAPA members
   • Start at regional and national meetings
   • Consider other distribution methods
3. We want to focus on the business of technology transfer by passing along techniques and case studies of how to move from research to implementation
