This class will provide an understanding of the importance and implications of tort liability risk for road agencies. The class will cover risk management principles, review risk management activities, and identify ways to reduce risk. Students will study examples that show the importance of considering human behavior when planning for their city or town. (Formerly Risk Management and Tort Liability)
