What information is included on Ohio’s crash reporting form? Why would you want to know? The OH-1 is an important key for transportation safety professionals as it provides the data which can be ‘mined’ for information on your roadways – where are crashes happening, what was listed by the responding officer as the primary and any other contributing factors to the crash, and other key facts to be considered when seeking to enhance roadway safety. Also learn the difference between the levels of information which will be made available on an OH-1 based on the crash’s severity.
