This course provides a comprehensive view of the Ohio Department of Transportation’s process for complying with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). It will build upon all of ODOT’s environmental courses and provides participants with an understanding of the various aspects of planning and project development and how they are used to guide them in making NEPA process decisions for ODOT’s program.
