This seminar provides participants an overall understanding of the importance of constructing high-
quality asphalt pavements and how their responsibilities as an asphalt pavement project inspector play
a vital role. Participants will learn about the construction of Warm Mix Asphalt pavements from an
inspector's perspective. Including but not limited to their role during the cold milling process, asphalt
mix production at the plant, lay down, and compaction of the mixture.
