Small transit agencies operate with limited staff and budgets. This presents challenges to those systems such as: identifying and mitigating root causes of problem behaviors; identifying and tapping into hidden strengths; and steering employees toward a desirable agency culture. Participants will be led through a toolbox of resources that can be used to address these and other challenges.

Topics will include:

• Fun ways to monitor performance;
• Alternate behavioral correction techniques;
• Removing blinders;
• Embracing differences; and
• Using visual queues
